With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Charles Wiebe has worked almost exclusively in the investment, commercial and industrial real estate market. Licensed since 1989, Charles became a member of the Commercial Division of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board in 1991.

Born, raised and educated in Abbotsford, Charles earned a Diploma in Technology in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from BCIT. He was hired from BCIT by Shell Canada Resources Ltd. in Calgary, AB, where he worked in the Materials Engineering department writing material specifications and became involved in land leases for the production side of the company.

Charles is a Past President of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) and Past Chair of the BC Commercial Council and the Commercial Executive Council of the FVREB.
He is a recipient of the Order of Abbotsford, a current and past Medallion Member (top 10%) of the Commercial Division of the FVREB, and has been named a 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award Winner in the Vancouver market.

Marty Peters, CIPS

Marty Peters is a licensed Commercial REALTOR®, having received his formal real estate training through the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2015. He has sat on the BCREA Commercial Advisory Task Force and as a former member and chair of the Fraser Valley Commercial Council, Marty started his career in commercial real estate over 8 years ago and hasn't looked back.

Marty was raised in Abbotsford, attending both the Mennonite Educational Institute and University College of the Fraser Valley. After three years of working as a project manager with a local commercial construction general contractor, he spent the next five years as the commercial sales manager for an architectural millwork company, overseeing estimating as well as project management.

Marty’s strengths in customer relations, complimented by his commercial construction background, provide a wonderful addition to the CDW & Associates team. He truly has a passion for creating lasting relationships and ensuring that all clients are provided with informative and positive experiences from beginning to end.

Katharine Johnson is a Licensed Assistant for CDW & Associates, having received her formal real estate training through the UBC Sauder School of Business. Katharine joined as an Unlicensed Assistant to Charles & Marty in the fall of 2018 as she continued to finish her schooling.

Born and raised in Abbotsford, Kat attended Rick Hansen Secondary School and the University of the Fraser Valley where she graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration. For a decade she worked and managed a well known global currency exchange branch in Abbotsford.

Kat's organizational and time management skills make her a huge asset to CDW and Associates. With expert customer service, Kat manages everything behind the scenes and contributes immensely to the success of the team.​

Logan Crowder

Logan began his real estate journey with a local investment group in Kamloops while attending university. Initially, he carved out a successful niche in residential real estate, building a solo business from the ground up. Logan’s career trajectory, however, took a decisive turn towards commercial real estate, aligning more closely with his growing interests and expertise. Today, Logan’s professional life is a vibrant mix of project sales and marketing, along with providing tailored services to both investors and owner-users in the commercial real estate sector.
