Target Concrete Products
Many years ago I was introduced to the owner of Target Concrete Products, who was initially skeptical of retaining the services of an agent to purchase a parcel of land as a potential investment property. I was referred by a mutual acquaintance, which helped build the bridge to trust. The rest you can say is history. For the past eleven years, as needed, I have been retained as a consultant, and the parcel of land they initially purchased is back on the market as one of my listings.

With 28 years of experience in real estate, Charles Wiebe has worked almost exclusively in the investment, commercial and industrial real estate market. Licensed since 1989, Charles became a member of the Commercial Division of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board in 1991.
Born, raised and educated in Abbotsford, Charles earned a Diploma in Technology in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from BCIT. He was hired from BCIT by Shell Canada Resources Ltd. in Calgary, AB, where he worked in the Materials Engineering department. For Shell, Charles wrote material specifications and became involved in land leases for the production side of the company. This proved to be valuable experience in working with the commercial real estate market of today.
Charles is the Past President of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Past Chair of the BC Commercial Council and the Commercial Executive Council of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. It is through his involvement in these organizations that he fosters strong and healthy ties with the industry as a whole, maintaining that knowledge of the entire industry is crucial to understanding any one aspect of it.

Marty Peters is a licensed Commercial REALTOR®, having received his formal real estate training through the Sauder School of Business, and is a member of the Commercial Division of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
Marty was raised in Abbotsford, attending both the Mennonite Educational Institute and University College of the Fraser Valley. After three years of working as a project manager with a local commercial construction general contractor, he spent the next five years as the commercial sales manager for an architectural millwork company, overseeing estimating as well as project management.
Marty’s strengths in customer relations, complimented by his commercial construction background, provide a wonderful addition to the CDW & Associates team. He truly has a passion for creating lasting relationships and ensuring that all clients are provided with informative and positive experiences from beginning to end.
Carol Wiebe brings many years of administrative experience. Having recently retired from the Fraser Valley Regional Library after 40 years, being organized is second nature--a quality any busy team can truly benefit from.

A former recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Teaching Assistantship and recognized as one of Abbotsford's Top 100 Most Influential People, Gail Gromaski is a marketing and administrative powerhouse with over a decade of diverse marketing experience in a variety of industries, both in North America and abroad. In charge of marketing initiatives for the CDW & Associates team, Gail manages the promotion of commercial listings through the use of a variety of digital marketing techniques, including copywriting for search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and other initiatives. She also oversees the production of print marketing materials and property research, ensuring buyers and sellers have the information they need to make the best commercial real estate decisions to achieve their business goals.

Katie Stobbart is an experienced content writer and marketer with an eye for design and high attention to detail. Over the past five years, she has worked with businesses and not-for-profit organizations in the Fraser Valley to build effective content strategies and put them into play. Her experience managing two local publications has given her a strong sense for local communities and audiences, which she brings to her work as administrative assistant for marketing on the CDW & Associates team.
